All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are additional and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Payment

We currently only offer bank deposit payments. Once payment has been recived, your order will be shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Caro Prescott PT is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your item is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a suitable remedy.

We are not required to provide refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges for change of mind may be offered at our discretion.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
