Who is it for?
My personal training is perfect for women 35+ who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — whether you’re aiming to sculpt, compete, or simply improve your wellbeing. No matter your fitness level or experience, I adapt every programme to you.
How do sessions work?
We start with an initial consultation to understand your goals, assess your fitness, and discuss any injuries or limitations. From there, I create a tailored plan, and each 45–60 minute session focuses on strength, mobility, and form, with ongoing support and adjustments along the way.
How often should I train
Training frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and starting point. Most clients begin with 1–2 sessions per week, and we adjust as you progress. Consistency is key, and I’ll guide you on the right balance for your body.
What can I expect to achieve?
You’ll gain strength, improve muscle tone, boost energy, and feel more confident in your body. For those interested in competition or stage prep, we’ll also focus on posing, presentation, and performance — everything needed to step on stage with confidence.

One free introductory session, then $60 per 45–60 minute session
Personal Training Programmes + Nutrition Guidance + Ongoing Support: setup $100, then $40 per week
