What is Posing & Stage Coaching?
Posing & Stage Coaching is about helping you present your best self on stage. It’s not just about physique — it’s posture, movement, confidence, and overall presence. I guide you through every detail, from posing techniques to costume, make-up, and stage expression.
Who is it for?
This coaching is ideal for competitors of all levels, especially women preparing for bodybuilding, bikini, or fitness competitions. It’s also perfect for anyone looking to improve posture, confidence, and stage presence for any event or photoshoot.
How do sessions work?
We start with a consultation to understand your goals and evaluate your current posing and presentation. Then, I create a tailored programme focusing on poses, transitions, stage walking, and presentation tips, with hands-on coaching and personalised feedback throughout.
How often should I train
Frequency depends on your timeline to competition or event. Most clients work on stage prep 1–2 times per week with me, plus guided practice at home. Consistent practice is key to building muscle memory and confidence.
What results can I expect?
You’ll gain confidence, polish, and mastery of your poses, allowing you to present your physique in the best possible way. Stage presence, smooth transitions, and confidence in front of judges and audience become second nature.
Can I do this alongside Personal Training or Body Sculpting?
Absolutely. Combining stage coaching with training or sculpting programmes enhances your physique and ensures your presentation complements your hard-earned results.
Pricing & Packages
One-off session: $60 (45–60 min)
Posing & Stage Prep Programme: setup $100 + $40 per week
