Initially I approached a coach I found online in late 2025 after losing 13kg by myself in 6 months through diet and walking. I had the inspiration to do a bikini competition to help focus on final push goal and I had ICN in mind with their supportive promotion of transformation to health categories. This coach after I signed up to a plan then turned around and said there was no way I would be on stage in 2026 with 10 months prep. This badly affected my confidence after 3 months of training and I stopped prepping. A few months later I saw Caros launch and her posing sessions. As I thought 2026 was an impossible goal I decided to learn posing now using this time for practice. I was impressed with Caro professional credentials, her experience and clearly deep technical knowledge and reached out for a free chat about goals. She was refreshing in her opinion to it's ok to just do posing but why not absolutely follow that goal and lets see how far we can get together and we decided to aim for August 2026.  

I made good progress with Caros kind yet firm encouragement and patient explanations. My weight went up initially and while I panicked Caro stayed calm, advising me pause and only decide on cancelling until closer to the show as my progress will surprise me. With her guidance across 20 weeks I made steady, highly imperfect progress. There has been visible significant change in my body composition and while I am not where I would like to be before going up on stage, Caro has pointed out my 20kg loss is to be celebrated reminding me of my purpose.

Caro has been my rock in staying focused and on track to the goal always upbeat supportive and positive. This has been a compressed timeframe to learn and figure out what to do, Caro has had to adapt a lot of things to my health and surgery issues, and I am constantly impressed by her professionalism and wealth of knowledge she hares generously.  I highly recommend anyone, beginner or seasoned athlete to work with Caro for your goals. 

Pre joining covered excellent marketing and branding with easy to understand offerings and clear line of sight as to what to expect and what will be achieved. Simple sign up and ongoing ease in appointments and reminders. Whatsapp worked well. 

• Superb engagement with clear steps and guidance, making my journey as a newbie to this whole scene a little less daunting. Caros's warmth and generous spirit combined with her formidable technical expertise make for an unbeatable coaching programme. 

• Posing stages and progress was simple to track improvements the photos as much as I hated them initially have been a good way to see the changes as the scales are no longer what matters now. After 20kg the focus has to be on body build rather than shrinking size. 

• Calm and clear, I do value Caro's firm stance on deciding closer to the time and that the progress that will be made will be a surprise and will achieve the goal. 

• Surprising amount of change in such a short time period,  I was convinced with my early bumps that I would have to revise my goal to next year. Caro firm support that I will and do belong on stage was a big driver for me not giving up.

• Wealth of technical knowledge expertise generously shared at all times, hugely appreciated. I frankly had no idea and still very much a learner, without Caro there is no way I would be prepared for my first competition. 

Excellent, as much as I like online booking a quick WhatsApp message with reminders is perfect actually. Sorry Caro for being so disorganised I know I am lurch between weeks it has been a lot of fun chaos.
