1/3 C Wholegrain Oats, 4 heaped T Protein Yoghurt, 1 T Flaxseed Oil
Sportsfuel supps: 2 Scoops vanilla Protein Powder, 1 t Creatine, 2 t Collagen, 1 t Glutamine
Mix - then add 1/4 C Frozen Raspberries (thawed) + PB & fruit - Yumo!
