I'll guide you through every detail of posing, presentation, and stage preparation, from posture and movement to costume, makeup, and expression - together with insider tips from my own competitive experience.

This free workshop is designed for complete beginners/first timers to experienced athletes. You will learn division criteria and what the judges are looking for to pose confidently on the ICN stage. Focusing on poses, transitions, stage walking, and presentation tips. There will be an introduction to bodybuilding, some guidance on what to expect, and an opportunity to ask any questions you might have about the sport.

There will also be some prize giveaways, guest speakers, and the opportunity to talk to other ICN competitors, both Pro and Amateur. You can also talk about costume design with Rachel from Accentuate Bikinis not to mention talk judging with our own ICN President!
